木工雕刻機直線導軌優點和缺點

1.定位精度高：使用線性滑軌作為線性導引時，由于線性滑軌的摩擦方式為滾動摩擦，不僅摩擦系數降低滑動導引的1/50，動摩擦力于凈摩擦力的差距亦變的很小。因此當床臺運行時，不會有打滑的現象發生，可達到um級的定位精度。

2. 3.使用高速運動且大幅度降低機臺所需驅動馬力：由于線性滑軌移動時摩擦力非常小，只需較小動力便能讓床臺移動，尤其是在床臺的工作方式為經常性往返運行時，更能明顯降低機臺電力損耗量。且因其摩擦產生的熱較小，可適用于高速運行。

3. Use high-speed movement and greatly reduce the driving horsepower required by the machine: because the friction force is very small when the linear slide rail moves, it can move the bed with only a small power, especially when the working mode of the bed is regular round-trip operation, which can significantly reduce the power loss of the machine. And because the heat generated by friction is small, it is suitable for high-speed operation.

4.可同時承受上下左右方向的負荷：由于線性滑軌特殊的束制結構設計，可同時承受上下左右方向的負荷，不像滑動導引在平行接觸面方向可承受的側向負荷較輕。易造成機臺運行精度不好。

5.組裝容易并具互換性：組裝時只要銑削或研磨床臺上滑軌支裝配面，并依建議之步奏將滑軌，滑塊分別以特定扭力固定在機臺上，既能重現加工時的告警密度。線性滑軌具有互換性，可分別更換滑塊或者滑軌神甚是線性滑軌組，臺機即可重新獲得該精度的導引。

5. Easy assembly and interchangeability: during assembly, only milling or grinding the assembly surface of the slide rail on the machine table, and fixing the slide rail and sliding block on the machine table with specific torque according to the recommended steps can reproduce the alarm density during processing.
