雙工序排鉆數控開料機和四工序開料機的區別？

家具行業常用的設備，現在比較常用的就是雙工序排鉆數控開料機和四工序開料機。那么這兩款機器有什么區別呢？今天為大家簡單介紹一下。

1、雙工序排鉆數控開料機是兩個主軸加一個排鉆包，一個主軸負責開料，一個主軸負責劃槽，然后配合5+4鉆包進行垂直孔操作，實現多個孔位同時打孔的功能。四工序開料機是由四個主軸組成，通過氣動換刀，可以安裝不同的道具實現板式家具開料、打孔、開槽、櫥柜門板銑型等工藝。

2、四工序數控開料機支持四把刀自動換刀功能，與雙工序排鉆開料機相比較，無法多鉆頭同時打孔，做柜體加工效率比雙工序排鉆低很多。

3、四工序開料機用途廣，既可以做柜體又可以加工門板，對于中小型櫥柜、衣柜廠來說，本身產量不是很高，但是可以一機兩用，而且預算比較低，那么選擇四工序開料機是比較劃算的。雙工序排鉆數控開料機主要用于柜體的加工，打孔速度比四工序開料機要快的多。
