購買了木工加工的客戶，在使用過程中應該要注意使用，因為機械設備都具有很強的危險性，平時使用應該要做好防護措施，因為不擋使用機器造成的傷害屢見不鮮，下面羅列一些木工加工指標供參考。
Customers who have purchased woodworking processing centers should pay attention to the use safety in the process of use, because the machinery and equipment are very dangerous. They should take good protective measures when using them in peacetime, because the damage caused by using the machines is not uncommon. Here are some safety indicators of woodworking processing centers for reference.
1、購買木工加工時要按照有輪必有罩、有軸必有套和鋸片有罩鋸，條有套，刨（剪）、切有擋，器送料的要求，對各種木工機械配置相應的防護裝置，尤其徒手操作接觸危險部位的，應該要有防護措施。
1. When purchasing a woodworking processing center, it is necessary to configure corresponding safety protection devices for various woodworking machinery, especially for bare-handed operation in contact with dangerous parts, in accordance with the requirements of wheels, shafts and saw blades with hood saws, strips with sleeves, planers (shears), cutters with blockades, and feeding safety devices.
2、對生產噪聲、木粉塵或揮發性有害氣體的木工加工，要配置與其機械運轉相連接的消聲、吸塵或通風裝置，以保證工人的和健康。
2. For woodworking processing centers that produce noise, wood dust or volatile harmful gases, noise-attenuating, dust-absorbing or ventilating devices connected with their mechanical operation should be equipped to ensure the safety and health of workers.
3、木工加工的刀軸與電氣應有聯控裝置，在裝卸或更換刀具及維修時，能切斷電源并保持斷開位置，以防誤觸電源開關或突然供電啟動機械而造成人身傷害事故。
3. The cutter shaft and electrical equipment of woodworking processing center should have safety joint control device. When loading, unloading or replacing cutters and repairing, the power supply can be cut off and the disconnection position can be maintained in order to prevent personal injury caused by mistakenly touching the power switch or suddenly starting the machine with power supply.
4、針對木材加工作業中的木料反彈危險，應采用送料裝置或設置分離刀、防反彈屏護裝置，以保障人身。
4. In view of the rebound danger of wood in wood processing, safety feeding device or separation knife and anti-rebound safety screen device should be adopted to ensure personal safety.
5、在裝設正常啟動和停機操縱裝置的同時，還應專門設置遇事故需緊急停機的控制裝置。

6、經常檢查線路，保證不漏電、接好地線。
