Jade carving machine is a commonly used jade carving equipment at present. It has the characteristics of simple operation, easy learning and fast carving speed. 玉石雕刻機(jī)的實(shí)際操作大致可以分為三步：

The actual operation of jade carving machine can be roughly divided into three steps:

一：切輪廓，切輪廓一般使用的是3毫米的金剛砂直棒，做輪廓切割刀路，這一步非常簡(jiǎn)單。

1： Cut the contour. Generally, a 3mm emery straight rod is used to cut the contour. This step is very simple.

二：開粗，開粗有兩種方法，各有利弊，下面玉石雕刻機(jī)廠家分別說一下這兩種方法。

2： There are two methods for rough opening, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. The following jade carving machine manufacturers will talk about these two methods respectively.

一是分層雕刻，分層開粗的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是速度比較快，缺點(diǎn)是后面走精刀容易過早磨損刀頭，出現(xiàn)分層現(xiàn)象。使用的是3毫米金剛砂球頭刀，做分層雕刻刀路，一般根據(jù)料子的硬度決定每層切削的厚度，一般是0.2~0.5MM。上機(jī)雕刻，雕刻完成。

One is layered engraving. The advantage of layered rough opening is that the speed is relatively fast, but the disadvantage is that it is easy to wear the cutter head prematurely and cause delamination. The 3mm emery ball head cutter is used to make the layered carving path. Generally, the cutting thickness of each layer is determined according to the hardness of the material, which is generally 0.2 ~ 0.5mm. Machine engraving, engraving completed.

二是開粗方法是粗刀曲面精加工，這種方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是后期精刀不容易斷刀頭，缺點(diǎn)是雕刻時(shí)間比分層雕刻方式長(zhǎng)。使用的是30度1毫米的金剛砂錐度球頭刀，如果是軟玉可以用直徑更小的錐度球頭刀。做曲面精加工刀路，曲面邊界補(bǔ)償選自動(dòng)向外，關(guān)閉進(jìn)刀方式，尖角過濾方式選直線延遲。上機(jī)雕刻，雕刻完成。

Second, the rough cutting method is rough cutter surface finish machining. The advantage of this method is that it is not easy to break the cutter head in the later fine cutter, and the disadvantage is that the engraving time is longer than the layered engraving method. The use is a 30 degree 1mm emery taper ball head knife. If it is nephrite, a taper ball head knife with smaller diameter can be used. Do surface finishing tool path, select automatic outward for surface boundary compensation, turn off feed mode, and select linear delay for sharp angle filtering mode. Machine engraving, engraving completed.

第三步：精刀，末尾這一步使用的是30度錐度平底四棱刀，大家可以根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選擇合適角度的刀具。出曲面精加工刀路，路徑間距自己掌握，我一般為了后期拋光方便，所以使用的是0.023的間距。

The third step: fine cutter. In the last step, the 30 degree taper flat bottom four edge cutter is used. You can choose the cutter with appropriate angle according to the actual situation. The path spacing of the finish machining tool path of the curved surface shall be controlled by myself. I generally use the spacing of 0.023 for the convenience of later polishing.
