保麗龍雕刻機(jī)主軸噪音大怎么辦？

主軸在工作時(shí)有噪音，有時(shí)沒(méi)有，聲音大小還不定，這個(gè)主要是數(shù)控開料機(jī)或木工雕刻機(jī)的零件外表的波紋度導(dǎo)致的，需要改進(jìn)軸承滾道外表加工質(zhì)量，改進(jìn)軸與軸承座的精度裝置辦法。那么，在現(xiàn)實(shí)操作中，面對(duì)主軸發(fā)出的一些噪音，主要有以下四種：
When the spindle is working, there is noise, sometimes there is no noise, and the sound size is uncertain. This is mainly caused by the waviness of the part surface of the NC cutting machine or woodworking engraving machine. It is necessary to improve the processing quality of the bearing raceway surface and the accuracy of the shaft and bearing seat. Then, in real operation, there are mainly four kinds of noise emitted by the spindle:
一、淅瀝淅瀝的聲音：由保持器與滾動(dòng)體振動(dòng)、沖撞產(chǎn)生，不管潤(rùn)滑脂種類如何都可能產(chǎn)生，承受力矩、負(fù)荷或徑向游隙大的時(shí)候更容易產(chǎn)生
1、 Intermittent sound: it is generated by the vibration and collision between the retainer and the rolling element. It may occur regardless of the type of grease. It is more likely to occur when the bearing torque, load or radial clearance is large
解決方法：保持器精度、選用游隙小的軸承或?qū)S承施加預(yù)負(fù)荷、降低力矩負(fù)荷，減少安裝誤差、選用好的油脂
Solution: keep the accuracy of the retainer, select the bearing with small clearance or apply preload to the bearing, reduce the torque load, reduce the installation error, and select good grease
二、雜質(zhì)音：由軸承或好的清潔度引起，發(fā)出一種不規(guī)則的異常音，聲音時(shí)有時(shí)無(wú)，時(shí)大時(shí)小，在電機(jī)上發(fā)生頻繁
2、 Impurity sound: it is caused by the bearing or good cleanliness. It emits an irregular abnormal sound, sometimes no, sometimes large and sometimes small, which occurs frequently on the motor
解決方法：選用好的油脂、注脂前的清潔度、加強(qiáng)軸承的密封性能、安裝環(huán)境的清潔度
Solution: select good grease, the cleanliness before grease injection, strengthen the sealing performance of the bearing and the cleanliness of the installation environment
三、嗡嗡的聲音：馬達(dá)無(wú)負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)出類似蜂鳴一樣的聲音，且馬達(dá)發(fā)生軸向異常振動(dòng)，開或關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)有嗡嗡聲
3、 Buzzing sound: when the motor runs without load, it makes a sound similar to buzzing, and the motor has abnormal axial vibration. There is buzzing sound when it is turned on or off
解決方法：多出現(xiàn)在潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)不好，以及在冬天且兩端用球軸承的馬達(dá)，主要是軸調(diào)心性能不好時(shí)，軸向振動(dòng)影響下產(chǎn)生的一種不穩(wěn)定的振動(dòng)
Solution: most motors with poor lubrication and ball bearings at both ends in winter are unstable vibration under the influence of axial vibration when the shaft centering performance is poor
四、噠噠的聲音：聲音頻率隨軸承轉(zhuǎn)速而變化，零件表面波紋度是引起噪音的主要原因
4、 Clatter sound: the sound frequency changes with the bearing speed, and the surface waviness of parts is the main cause of noise
解決方法：改良軸承滾道表面加工質(zhì)量，降低波紋度幅值、減少碰傷、修正游隙預(yù)緊力和配合，檢查自由端軸承的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，改良軸與軸承座的精度安裝方法
Solution: improve the surface processing quality of bearing raceway, reduce the amplitude of waviness, reduce bumps, correct the preload and fit of clearance, check the operation of free end bearing, and improve the precision installation method of shaft and bearing seat
數(shù)控開料機(jī)加工時(shí)，主軸是重要組成部分，作用大，很容易出問(wèn)題，有時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的噪音。如果在工作中產(chǎn)生嗡嗡的蜂鳴聲，那就是主軸出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題，不能完成在負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下的工作，建議是更換主軸或進(jìn)行維修。
