1.軸承選用C級高速角觸摸軸承本產(chǎn)品NSK軸承。

運用方法

Application method

1.開機前有必要接上油水管，做到電主軸先接通油水管后再發(fā)動主軸電機，安裝時水管油管不能接錯。主軸左右兩頭為水管，中間為油管(數(shù)控鉆銑床主軸是油脂光滑，不選用以上方法。)

1. Before startup, it is necessary to connect the oil water pipe, so that the motorized spindle can be connected with the oil water pipe first, and then start the spindle motor. During installation, the water pipe and oil pipe can not be connected incorrectly. The left and right ends of the spindle are water pipes and the middle is oil pipes (the spindle of NC drilling and milling machine is smooth with grease, so the above method is not selected.)

2.運用電主軸時應(yīng)先接油霧管點，管點接頭應(yīng)清潔凈，防止污物進(jìn)入形成軸承燒壞。操作時應(yīng)看電主軸前端部稍有油霧泄出后，才干發(fā)動電主軸，油霧光滑主張選用5號主軸油調(diào)理，進(jìn)油管為20-30滴/分，常常查看不能斷油，不然會形成主軸損壞。

3.操作時，有必要做到主軸徹底停止轉(zhuǎn)動后，才封閉油霧，這樣才干延長運用壽命，說明發(fā)動不宜過火頻頻。

4.電主軸運用前有必要查看砂輪接桿是否同軸，如不同軸超過0.03毫米應(yīng)還砂輪接桿，不然既損壞電主軸，又磨欠好作業(yè)，磨削時應(yīng)留意不要碰擊，應(yīng)校正后再進(jìn)去磨削。

Maintenance

1.電主軸所接中頻電源額外電壓，頻率應(yīng)與電主軸技術(shù)參數(shù)相符，電主軸轉(zhuǎn)速能夠改動頻率來調(diào)正，一起電壓也成正比改動。

2.運用過程中應(yīng)防止電主軸軸端部與工件發(fā)生意外碰擊。

3.運用過的電主軸暫不必，使用壓縮空氣吹清水管內(nèi)冷卻液，避免生銹，阻塞小孔。并在外表涂上防銹油、軸端加保護(hù)裝置放于干燥處保存。
