木工雕刻機的主軸電機特點與分類

作為木匠雕琢機設備的配件就是主軸電機。主軸電機是電腦雕琢機的主要構成部件，其功能對電腦雕琢機整機的功能有著到關主要的影響。加工主軸凡間分為兩類：精細加工主軸和大功率割斷主軸。

1、精 密加工主軸的特點是低噪音、高轉速、高精度，合適加工特殊精 密的工件，如印章、銘牌、胸牌禮物等。此類電機凡間為高速變頻電機，功率較小，普通在250W以下。缺陷是割斷厚的資料的才能較差，不合適割斷較厚的資料。

A、無刷變頻電機轉速高，變速局限為700--60000轉/分鐘，而普通有刷交流電機Highest轉速不超24000轉/分鐘

B、無刷變頻電機扭轉精度高，磨損小，噪音低，其噪音大大低于有刷交流電機

D、無刷變頻電機采用變頻節制技能調速，是級產物，壽命長，廠家供應1年包換，今后還可以經過改換高速軸承對電機進行維護，而有刷交流電機因為運用電機壽命大約在300小時就得改換馬達或電機碳刷，所以碳刷交流電機是也不保修。
