雕刻機(jī)的日常保養(yǎng)維護(hù)

1.開(kāi)機(jī)前檢查各部件是否在正常位置，各運(yùn)動(dòng)部件是否完好，導(dǎo)軌有油潤(rùn)滑，然后開(kāi)機(jī)底速動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)1~2分鐘，觀察是否有異常情況，等機(jī)床運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后方能進(jìn)行工作；
1. Before starting the machine, first check whether all parts are in the normal position, whether all moving parts are in good condition, and the guide rail is lubricated with oil. Then start the machine at the bottom and rotate it for 1 ~ 2 minutes to observe whether there are abnormal conditions. The machine can work only after the machine runs normally;
2.工情況選擇刀具、轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)刀量、加工速度及順，逆銑方向；
2. Select the tool, rotating speed, feed rate, processing speed and forward and reverse milling direction according to the working conditions;
3.整個(gè)加工過(guò)程不能用手或碎布等雜物接觸正在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的刀具，在清理石粉時(shí)要確保刀具完全停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)才能；

4.作業(yè)完畢，關(guān)閉電源，各部位石粉，雜物。其他相關(guān)輔助工具必 須放還原處；

5.定期（依使用情況）清理電器箱內(nèi)灰塵，檢查接線端子螺絲是否松動(dòng)，以保證機(jī)器電路安 全，可靠使用；
5. Clean the dust in the electrical box regularly (according to the use situation) and check whether the screw of the wiring terminal is loose, so as to ensure the safe and reliable use of the machine circuit;
6.工作臺(tái)面及導(dǎo)軌每天擦拭干凈，不可有石粉、油污雜質(zhì)等；
6. The worktable and guide rail shall be wiped clean every day without stone powder, oil stain and impurities;
7.連續(xù)運(yùn)行要保證冷卻水的潔凈及冷卻機(jī)的正常工作，不可以使水冷主軸電機(jī)出現(xiàn)缺水現(xiàn)象，定時(shí)更換冷卻水，以防止水溫過(guò)高；
7. For continuous operation, ensure the cleanness of cooling water and the normal operation of the cooler. Do not make the water-cooled spindle motor lack water. Replace the cooling water regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high;
8.定期依使用情況）檢查機(jī)器各部件螺釘是否松動(dòng)，以保證機(jī)器可靠；
8. Regularly check whether the screws of all parts of the machine are loose (according to the use conditions) to ensure the reliability of the machine;
9.每次機(jī)器使用完畢，要注意清理，務(wù)必將平臺(tái)及傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)上的粉塵清理干凈，定期（每周）對(duì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)（X,Y,Z,A,C等軸）潤(rùn)滑加油；
9. Pay attention to cleaning every time the machine is used. Be sure to clean the dust on the platform and transmission system, and lubricate and refuel the transmission system (x, y, Z, a, C and other shafts) regularly (weekly);
10.機(jī)器若長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不使用，應(yīng)定期（每周）加油空走，以保證傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的靈活性；
10. If the machine is not used for a long time, it shall be refueled and idled regularly (weekly) to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system;
11.主軸、工作臺(tái)和導(dǎo)軌面嚴(yán)禁敲打和沖擊，工作臺(tái)及道軌面不得亂放工具和毛坯及不相關(guān)的工件或物品；
11. It is forbidden to knock and impact the spindle, workbench and guide rail surface, and tools, blanks and irrelevant workpieces or articles shall not be placed on the workbench and track surface;
