1、噠噠的聲音：聲音頻率隨軸承轉速而變化，零件表面波紋度是引起噪音的主要原因。解決方法：改善軸承滾道表面加工質量，降低波紋度幅值、減少碰傷、修正游隙預緊力和配合，檢查自由端軸承的運轉，改善軸與軸承座的精度安裝方法。

3、雜質音：由軸承或的清潔度引起,發出一種不規則的異常音，聲音時有時無,時大時小,在高速電機上發生頻繁。解決方法：選用好的油脂、提高注脂前的清潔度、加強軸承的密封性能、提高安裝環境的清潔度

4、淅瀝淅瀝的聲音：由保持器與滾動體振動、沖撞產生,不管潤滑脂種類如何都可能產生，承受力矩、負荷或徑向游隙大的時候更容易產生.解決方法:提高保持器精度、選用游隙小的軸承或對軸承施加預負荷、降低力矩負荷，減少安裝誤差、選用好的油脂。
4. Rustling sound: it is produced by the vibration and collision between retainer and rolling element, no matter what kind of grease is, and it is easier to produce when bearing torque, load or radial clearance is large. Solutions: improve the accuracy of retainer, select bearing with small clearance or preload bearing, reduce torque load, reduce installation error and select good grease.
