雙工序開料機開出的板材崩邊解決方法

在使用雙工序開料機加工板材的時有時候會遇到一種問題——加工出來的板材崩邊。那么這個問題到底是什么原因造成的呢？有什么好的辦法可以避免出現這種情況？

1、板材材質原因

在開料中常用的板材有密度板和刨花板。這兩種板材硬度高、成本低和易加工等原因被廣泛應用板式家具生產當中。但是這兩種板材有同一個缺點，那就是這兩種板材都是壓制而成，如果粘結力度不強的話，開料的時候就容易崩邊，所以這就需要我們在選購板材時多注意。

2、刀 具的鋒利度原因

數控開料機開料是用刀 具開料的，刀 具的鋒利度直接就影響到開料表面的粗糙程度。如果刀 具的鋒利程度不強，那么開出來的板材就會出現崩邊，所以需要在使用數控開料機時注意刀 具的磨損程度，及時更換刀 具。

3、主軸轉速原因

數控開料機的主軸轉速好壞直接影響加工效果，如果主軸轉速不夠的話，開出來的板材就非常有可能出現崩邊。

4、刀 具裝夾不牢固

刀 具裝夾不牢固，在加工產品的過程中會造成板材的崩邊和刀 具的損壞。

5、有的廠家生產的開料機他的真空吸附臺面吸附能力不是很強，在加工產品的時候工件吸附不牢靠，造成板材的移位，這也是造成板材崩邊的原因。
