四工序開料機的主軸電機冷卻方式？

四工序開料機主軸電機在長時間的高速運轉作用下會發熱發燙，為了避免造成電機燒壞，所以數控開料機一般配備冷卻裝備；一般四工序開料機主軸電機的冷卻方式有兩種，一種是水冷，一種是風冷；

水冷：水冷采用水循環來冷卻主軸高速旋轉后產生的熱量；

風冷：風冷的主軸采用風扇的方式來散熱；
Air cooling: the main shaft of air cooling adopts the way of fan to dissipate heat;
從內部結構來說，二者是統一的，都是采用定子繞線圈轉動；從電機的控制方式來說，水冷的是變頻控制的，風冷主軸則不然，可以采用變頻和不變頻的方式控制；

水冷根據自身的循環流通，所以散熱效果優于風冷，從噪音方面風冷噪音比較大，使用壽命和精度方面水冷都優于風冷，所以通常使用水冷方式的較多，從各方面性能來說水冷都優于風冷；
