雙工序開料機是現在板式家具廠非常常用的一款開料打孔設備，該款開料機的突出的特點是帶有一個排鉆包。排鉆包可以快速進行垂直孔的沖壓，相鄰的孔位可以同時加工，打孔的效率與普通開料機相比，速度能快一倍多，而且排鉆包可以根據不同的孔位大小自動換打孔刀具。
